Before becoming a fellowship-trained breast surgical oncologist, I was an eighth-grade science teacher who discovered that education has the power to transform lives. Today, whether I am caring for patients, leading healthcare teams, or standing on a stage before an audience, that mission remains the same; to educate, empower, and inspire.<\/span><\/p>\n As a physician, healthcare leader, and keynote speaker, I have dedicated my career to advancing breast health, championing health equity, developing courageous leaders, and strengthening communities through meaningful engagement. My experiences in medicine have taught me that the greatest challenges often reveal our greatest capacity for courage, compassion, and growth.<\/span><\/p>\n I believe leadership is not defined by titles but by service.
